Once upon a time there was a prince who loved to play! Even when he was a baby, he played “I found” with the birds, which flew near his window.
As he grew up, he visited the forest and made friends with all the little animals. He played with them all day and even named them!
One morning he saw a beautiful peacock in the forest. The peacock asked the prince:
– How do you spend all day here in the forest? Have you none of your kind?
The prince turned his face away to hide his tears. The peacock was right.
He really didn't have anyone to play with at home. The peacock then gave him three bright feathers and asked him to return to the palace and make a wish. Once he made the request, he was to return to the forest and return the peacock's feathers. The prince hurried home that night and, squeezing the three feathers, closed his eyes and made a wish. He wished with all his heart that he wasn't so lonely and that he had someone to play with. He returned to the forest to return the peacock's feathers, but he couldn't find the peacock anywhere! Instead, he heard the sweet sound of a baby laughing! He picked up the child and took him home.
The Queen Mother declared the child a blessing and raised her like a princess, the prince's sister. And never again did the prince feel alone!
