NAME:

the snow monster

Winter had arrived and snow was falling on the garden. The ant and the ladybug were warm inside the house and watched from the window the white carpet that covered the grass and all the leaves and flowers. According to an old legend that when the snow falls, the snow monster walks through the garden wearing a black cape to scare anyone who dares to go out in the cold.
“We can't even dream of leaving the house,” said the ant.

- It is true! The snow monster must be around - said Ladybug.
The firewood had run out and the friends had to go out to get more.
As soon as they put their paws out of the house, the two came face to face with a huge figure dressed in black and, as they prepared to run, they were surprised.
– I am the wood cricket and I go out distributing firewood in winter. Can I help them? - Said the cricket.
The two burst into laughter and, after accepting the firewood, the friends became convinced that the snow monster was nothing but a legend.
