Burnt Food Museum

The American professional harpist Deborah Henson-Conant is the curator of the Burnt Food Museum. It all started when Deborah was preparing apple cider – a traditional American drink – on the stove and went outside to talk on the phone. The pot with the culinary disaster became the first item on display. The collection is kept at the artist's home in Arlington, Massachusetts. Therefore, it is necessary to schedule visits.
