Food is wasted in various ways: by overproduction, falling off trucks during transport, remaining in stock... However, much of the waste occurs exactly where the food should be used: na kitchen. The disposal of bark, seeds and roots that could be used in various recipes is an example of how we throw in the trash what should be on the plate. Sustainable food combats this process by taking full advantage of it, planning for shopping and conservation. Less accumulated garbage, less money wasted and better distribution of supplies. All this with small changes in everyday life.
