HYGIENE HABITS

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR HEALTH TO MAINTAIN PERSONAL HYGIENE HABITS, FOR THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE A BATH DAILY AND WEAR CLEAN CLOTHING. BRUSH YOUR TEETH AFTER MEALS AND BEFORE SLEEPING. YOU MUST ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM AND BEFORE MEALS. KEEP NAILS SHORT AND CLEAN. DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT.

TO KEEP THE BODY HYDRATED, YOU MUST DRINK ENOUGH WATER, AND THIS MUST BE FILTERED OR BOILED. THE WATER MUST BE COLORLESS, FLAVOR AND ODORANT.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO EAT HEALTHY AND BE WELL ATTENTION TO THE CONSERVATION OF FOOD, AS FOR EXAMPLE:

  • WASH THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES;
  • BOIL THE MILK BEFORE CONSUMING;
  • STORING PERISHABLE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR;
  • COVER THE FOOD SO AS NOT TO POST FLIES;
  • ALWAYS OBSERVE THE VALIDITY OF THE FOOD.

TO HAVE GOOD HEALTH WE MUST SLEEP AT LEAST EIGHT HOURS A DAY IN A CLEAN AND AIRY ROOM. BECAUSE IT IS DURING SLEEP THAT THE HUMAN BEING PRODUCES A GREAT PART OF THE HORMONES FOR THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT, IT IS ALSO IN THIS PERIOD THAT WE SELECT AND KEEP THE ACQUIRED INFORMATION DAYTIME.

TO HAVE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO READ GOOD BOOKS AND LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC. WALKING OUTDOORS, PLAYING SPORTS AND PLAYING.
