Horacio finally freshens up

It's a blazing sun today. This is a serious problem for the Hippopotamus Horace.
“If I didn't have this thick leather and this big body, I'd feel a lot less heat,” he complains.
“Maybe there's a breeze outside,” he thinks.
But the air is still in the backyard. Just then, a bright yellow bird appears flying quickly and lands in the birdbath.

Horacio smiles as he watches him.
– You're lucky, little boy. I'd love to do that too, but I'm too big for this birdbath.
Suddenly he has a great idea.
– Mom, can I make a hippo bathtub?
– He asks excitedly.
- Of course! – she answers. – He comes out and stares.
Horacio carefully examines the garden shed.
– Hmmm – he does. He picks up a watering can and a shovel.
“I just need to dig a hole and then add water” he thinks. He goes to a corner of the garden and shovels a pile of dirt off the ground, making a nice hippo-sized hole with wide sides.
“I better see if it fits me,” he says, stepping into the hole. – A perfect hippo bathtub! - He laughs.
Then he fills the watering can with tap water on one side of the house and dumps it into the hole. After a few trips, the hippo bathtub is full.
- Ahhh! - He sighs, slipping into the water. The yellow bird chirps happily too.
