How is bacon made?

It is made with pork belly meat, in a process that takes about ten days. To start with, the meat is placed in a mixture of salt, sugar and spices. Afterwards, it is hung in the smoker, a place where dry fruit trees are burned. The smoke cooks the pork meat, giving it that color and flavor that makes many people love bacon. But beware: nutritionists advise that we should avoid eating this food frequently, as it contains a lot of bad fat and can harm our health.
