No! They don't need to make sounds: communication is done by releasing chemicals such as aromas and toxins. What comes closest to noise in plants are crackles produced, for example, by pine trees. When the pine cone (fruit of this tree) is ripe, it bursts and spreads pine nuts. Other noises only appear if there is interference from external factors, such as wind or rain, which make leaves bump against each other.
