Book makes a feminine reinterpretation of classics
Writers Laura Conrado, Pam Gonçalves and Ray Tavares got together to recount, from the female point of view and in contemporary versions, classics of literature, in the book “Heroínas” (Ed. Record).
In the short story “One for all and all for one”, Laura Conrado talks about a young woman who joins forces with her friends to defend an NGO that protects animals. In Pam Gonçalves' “Távola redonda”, a student tries to save the school's year-end party after all the money was stolen. And Ray Tavares' “Robin Hood” is a hacker who diverts money from corrupt politicians to more just causes.
