Bacon and Cheese Cupcake

Ingredients

Pasta

• 3 tablespoons of melted butter;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 2 cups of wheat flour;
• 1 cup of cream milk;
• 1 cup of cheddar cheese;
• ½ cup liquid milk;
• 3 slices of chopped and toasted bacon.

Roof

• 2 tablespoons of natural butter;
• 8 teaspoons creamy cheddar cheese cream;
• 2 teaspoons of sugar;
• 2 slices of bacon, toasted and chopped.

Method of preparation

Pasta

1. Put the wheat, baking powder, milk and cream, cheddar, bacon in a container and mix;
2. Then add the melted butter;
3. Preheat the oven to 200º and place the dough in the molds for 10 or 15 minutes, until the cupcakes are golden;
4. Finally, let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roof

1. Add the cream cheese with the natural butter and sugar;
2. Then just put it on top of the dumplings, decorating with bacon and whatever else you want.

Ingredients

Pasta

• 1 teaspoon chemical baking powder;
• 1 and a half cup of wheat flour tea;
• 50g of grated parmesan;
• 2 eggs;
• ½ cup oil tea;
• 1 cup of liquid milk tea.

Filling

• 1 tablespoon chopped onion (very small);
• 250g of grated pepperoni;
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Method of preparation

Pasta

1. Take all the ingredients, put them in a blender and blend until smooth;
2. Take the paper molds and put them in your aluminum mold, then put a little dough in each one;
3. Pour some of the stuffing and finish with more dough on top (don't put it all the way to the top, leaving room for the cupcake to grow);
4. Finally, bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Filling

1. Put olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion;
2. Then, sauté the grated pepperoni until golden;
3. So wait for it to cool down.
