Carolina wants to be the leader of her class. Jaime, a mischievous fellow, asks her:
– You're our friend! Can we have more time off at recess?
– Carolina explains to Jaime, telling the truth:
– I can't do this, Jaime.
Carolina's classmates listened and asked:
- Now we can get a ten in everything, right?
Carolina was insecure, because many colleagues wanted something that she certainly could not accomplish. He took courage:

– The teacher is the one who will give the deserved grade to each one.
Teacher Tereza invited the girl to clarify why she was running for leader.
In the speech, Caroline said:
– I promise to listen to all the suggestions and, with everyone's help, I want to do what I can.
In a group work, five teams set up panels on ecology. Carolina dedicated herself to the task with commitment, and each one did their part properly. Teacher Tereza asked the students to give their opinion about the best work in the class. Everyone voted for their own panel, but Carolina was sincere:
– It's panel 2, because their lion is very well drawn.
Carolina managed to be a class leader because she told the truth, she had honesty and respect for her classmates.
