Zucchini Chips with Parmesan: Tasty, practical and healthy snack

Using this vegetable, a few ingredients and a few processes, you have the zucchini chips recipe with parmesan: a delight that no one will resist.

Zucchini Parmesan Chips recipe

Ingredients:

To make Zucchini Parmesan Chips you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini;
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese;
  • Salt to taste.

In addition to these ingredients, you can add some others as you wish, such as oregano and black pepper. Everything goes according to your taste and the flavor you want to have!

Method of preparation:

With the ingredients already in hand, let's get to the preparations, which are actually quite simple. You will have to peel the zucchini and slice it into thin slices so that the chips are crispy.

Immediately after, transfer the zucchini slices to a container where you will have to season them with salt and oil. And if you choose to use black pepper for seasoning too, this is the time you should season it too.

Afterwards, you will have to bread these zucchini blades in Parmesan cheese. As the vegetable will be moist due to the oil, the grated Parmesan will stick to the blades. Finally, distribute the zucchinis on a platter lined with butter paper and in a way that they are not stuck together or one above the other.

At this time, if you choose to use a little oregano, throw a little on top, but do not overdo it, as the excess can rob the zucchini of its flavor. Take it to the oven for about 40 minutes and at 180°. And it's ready to serve! Great snacks for an afternoon snack or to eat watching that football game or that movie. I guarantee your guests will love it!
