The colt that didn't want to grow

Dimitri didn't want to grow up and because of that, he purposely lost his balance when his mother was watching.
– Finally, my dear! - Said the donkey. – You're already big! You can walk alone through the pasture. See how beautiful the hills around our site are…
– My paws are still very weak, Mom! – Whimpered Dimitri, without telling the truth – Besides, I look so good with you…

The cub was very stubborn, he was still glued to his mother when a family of butterflies flew around them.
– Look how beautiful they are, Mom! – Dimitri exclaimed, pointing with his snout in the direction of a hopscotch butterfly.
However, Mom didn't have time to respond, her dear baby followed the butterflies like a madman, all the way to the top of the hill! But she was relieved. For finally Dimitri seemed to accept that he was already big and could walk on his very strong paws.
