This recipe only takes 5 ingredients. All of them can be easily found in supermarkets and the final value of the recipe is relatively cheap. In addition, it is a delicacy with simple preparation, even beginners can prepare it with some ease. Below are the ingredients and how to prepare:

Necessary ingredients

  • 395g condensed milk (can be can or box);
  • Grated fresh coconut (2 cups of tea);
  • Milk (1/2 cup of tea);
  • Indian cloves (2 units);
  • Cinnamon stick (1 unit).

Method of preparation

  • You will need a refractory that has high edges. In it, add the condensed milk, the two cups of grated fresh coconut tea and half a cup of milk tea. Mix all the ingredients;
  • Add the cinnamon stick and the 2 cloves of India and mix in the dough. After that, with the help of your microwave instruction manual, set it to high power. Then program the timer to run for 7 minutes;
  • Put the bowl in the microwave and, after that, mix the dough a lot. Let it cool down to room temperature. Soon after, insert the bowl in the fridge, where it should stay for an hour;
  • Finally, remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks. If you wish, distribute the cocada in small cups and decorate with grated coconut on top and a clove. And so your spoon cocada will be ready without needing an oven!
