Healthiest homemade hamburger on Air Fryer

Healthy eating is important at any stage of life and we need to be aware of the products we consume. Thus, it is essential to control the amount of fat ingested in meals.

One of the easiest ways to put this task into practice is to reduce processed foods and use the Air Fryer. It is an electric pan that performs some functions without using oil. The device can bake, fry and grill various foods quickly, making it a healthier, more practical and economical option for you.

Check out a hamburger recipe below that dispenses with the use of industrialized meat and frying in oil. Prep time is 30 minutes and yields one serving. However, if you want a larger amount, just increase the ingredients proportionally.

Hamburger step by step

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams of ground duckling meat;
  • 1 hamburger bread;
  • 3 tomato wheels;
  • 1 slice of cheese of your choice;
  • 1 sheet of American lettuce;
  • 2 onion wheels;
  • Salt.

Method of preparation:

First, take a container, add the ground duckling meat and salt to taste and mix. Then make a ball with the meat, knead it with a plate and leave it in a circular shape.

Then, open the slow cooker and brush the bottom with oil so it doesn't stick. However, in some appliances it is not necessary to grease. Close the Air Fryer and schedule for 15 minutes.

When it reaches 10 minutes of preparation, open the pan, turn the side of the burger and place the slice of cheese. Meanwhile, cut the bread and add the onion, tomato and lettuce. Once the Air Fryer is finished, place the meat and cheese inside the bread to finish assembling and enjoy!
