In the case of individuals, the most practical way to apply for the loan is through the Caixa Tem application itself. In it, just look for the option “Crédito Caixa Tem”. Once registered in the application, the bank team will have up to 10 days to evaluate the request.
It will also be necessary to inform the purpose of the loan for it to be validated. If approved, the money will be credited to the Caixa Tem account, and all banks can carry out the operation.
As for individual micro-entrepreneurs, the request must be made at an agency. According to the president of Caixa, Pedro Guimarães, the option should soon also be available in the application. However, while this does not happen, it is necessary to make the request in person.
For both types of customers (individual or MEI), it will be possible to have access to credit, even if they are negative. That is, citizens and entrepreneurs with debts can apply for a loan from Caixa.
In addition, it should be mentioned that, for people who receive the Auxílio Brasil benefit, it is also possible to apply for the loan. However, for this to happen, it is still necessary to wait for the regulation of the Ministry of Citizenship.
This means that it is still necessary to wait for the determination of term limits, interest rates, and the authorization of financial institutions. Until then, the discount limit is 40% of the benefit, but the best recommendation is to wait for definitive guidelines.
