Syntactic analysis of verbs

Verbs: connecting, intransitive, direct transitive, indirect transitive and bitransitive

Read:

Once upon a time there was a chameleon that did not change color.

The chameleon tried to eat everything he could think of: blue flies, green crickets, and even shiny beetles. And he ended up getting sick, he got yellow fever. But the yellow was gone with the fever, and the chameleon didn't change color.

So he decided to travel by plane far away, to the country of roses and violets. Then he took a ship to see if the sway or the sea breeze would make him change.

He went to ask experts in big cities for advice. He spoke to doctors, seamstresses, dyers. He came back unanswered, sad and lonely.

And like every day, he went to the garden to eat carrots. But that day, on the other side of the flowerbed, for the first time he encountered another chameleon.

Little by little, they changed color together, and disappeared in the country of chameleons.
