NAME:
Christopher was a very bumbling firefighter. When the fire siren rang, the confusion began. Cristóvão ran and the captain was very angry, because he always arrived seriously late. As he unrolled the hose, Cristóvão stumbled. He hit water on the captain who, soaking wet, shouted:
– Go put out the fire!
Christopher was so nervous that he managed to put out that fire. He was all proud!
The other day, when the firefighters went to save a kitten, Cristóvão climbed the tree and caught the animal. But he slipped and fell on top… Do you know who? The captain, who was furious like no one else!
Then a girl caught her foot on the train track. What an affliction! This time, the right person to save her was the captain. Cristóvão went to help, but again he slipped. Luckily, the girl freed her foot as the train passed. So the mayor went to decorate a good fireman and the captain thought he was the real hero. But the captain was very angry when he saw the mayor hand the medal to Cristóvão and everyone applauded.
