Unesco defines as Intangible Cultural Heritage the practices, representations, expressions, knowledge, techniques and also the instruments, objects, artifacts and cultural places that are associates; and communities, groups and, in some cases, individuals who recognize themselves as an integral part of their cultural heritage.
Intangible Heritage is transmitted from generation to generation and constantly recreated by communities and groups depending on their environment, their interaction with the nature and its history, generating a sense of identity and continuity, thus contributing to promote respect for cultural diversity and creativity human.
