the flavor inventor

If I could choose another man to be, I would be an inventor of new flavors for the ice cream factory. I know that decisions of this type are made by cold (in this case, ice cream) and impersonal marketing departments according to scientific research and sales strategies, but nothing prevents me from imagining that large ice cream factories employ specialists exclusively to think of new flavors. Highly paid professionals whose only function is to occasionally break into the boardroom and announce:

– I came up with a new flavor!
