Our eyes are rich in blood vessels that can dilate, causing redness, for several years. factors: little sleep, reading for a long period or spending a lot of time in front of the computer are some from them. In these cases, there is an irritation on the surface of the eyes because we blink less often to maintain attention, which reduces the lubrication of the area. In response, the body increases blood flow to the area, bringing more energy to the eyes in an attempt to defend itself against what is happening. To get everything back to normal, it's best to rest for a while.
