Question 1 - Read this excerpt from the novel “Near the wild heart”, by Clarice Lispector, noting the underlined adverbs:
the girl laughs gently of joy and body. Her slender, smooth legs, her small breasts sprouted from the water. She barely knows herself, hasn't grown up at all, has just emerged from childhood. Stretch out one leg, look at the foot from afar, move it tenderly, slowly like a fragile wing.
