All the animals were bragging about their large families. Only the lioness remained silent. She said nothing, not even when the proud fox paraded her cubs before her.

- Look! – said the fox. – See my litter of red foxes; there are seven! Tell us, how many children do you have?

- Only one - the lioness replied calmly. – But it's a lion!
