The process can be done either through the Federal Revenue website or through Serasa. In the first one, it is necessary to access the Proof of Registration Status in the CPF. Then, just enter the requested data and click on consult.
Already by SERASA website, on the initial screen, select “consult CPF”, enter your document and click “continue”. If this is your first time on the site, you must register and go through some verification steps. In the end, you will have your data shown on the screen.
If your CPF is really blocked, you will need to send the Income Tax return again or pay the outstanding debts through DARF. This process can be done by portal -ECAC.
