The program is aimed at black people, and has 320 hours of classes, which will take place between September and December. The focus of the course will be on subjects such as Creativity, Entrepreneurship, Agile Methodology and UX Research.
Classes are held through an online platform, with no need for students to travel. Even so, aid will be paid to all participants, through a prepaid card in the amount of R$ 180. The card will be loaded monthly during the training period, and should be used to improve the participants' internet access and to buy food.
To participate, interested parties must have a per capita income of at most one and a half minimum wages, complete primary education, age between 18 and 30 years old, and have access to the internet to watch the classes. These will take place in the morning, from Monday to Friday, during the period of three months.
