With 130,000 vacancies, enrollment for the Entrepreneur Scholarship is open. The benefit is part of Bolsa do Povo, aimed at underprivileged entrepreneurs in the state of São Paulo. In addition, participants are eligible for a qualification and formalization course and a BRL 1,000 scholarship, which will be paid in two installments of BRL 500.

The Bolsa do Povo Card is a magnetic card issued by the government of São Paulo to anyone who receives any of the social benefits that make up the set. It is through it, for example, that people from São Paulo receive amounts from income transfer programs such as Vale Gás SP and SP Acolhe.
Thanks to the collaboration between Sebrae and Empreende Rapido, the courses will be offered 100% online for a week with an average workload of 10 hours.
Available only to those who live in the state of São Paulo, the course offered by Sebrae on business-based entrepreneurship was created with the aim of creating or strengthening your business.
Bolsa Empreendedor applies to all unemployed, informal workers or citizens who are already MEI. Therefore, those who have not yet become MEI will have the opportunity to formalize. However, there are some groups with priority for vacancies, which are determined below:
Applications for the Bolsa Empreendedor can be made through the Bolsa do Povo website until September 2022, according to the schedule available on the program page. The courses will be held from April to October this year.
According to the government of SP, those selected will be notified monthly by email and text message and invited to participate in the program in the following month. Anyone not called but qualified will be placed on a waiting list for the next few months.
