CadÚnico serves as a tool to support the formulation and implementation of public policies aimed at improving the living conditions of Brazilian families. The Federal, State and Municipal governments use the information provided by families as a basis for creating specific programs.
Several social programs use CadÚnico and, likewise, there are a number of benefits aimed at those who have the registration. This is a way to minimize social inequality in Brazil. Check below what these programs and benefits are.
Families that have a monthly income per person of up to half a minimum wage and/or total monthly income of a maximum of three minimum wages. In addition, people who live alone or live on the street can also register. It should be noted that some programs require enrollment in the Single Registry.
