Method of preparation:
To start preparing your fried crackling in the Airfryer, you can either buy a whole piece of pork belly or slice it already. So, if you bought the whole piece, start by cutting it to the size you want. After that, season the slices with salt, spreading well through the pieces. After this process, start distributing the properly seasoned meat in the Airfryer basket, so that they are spread out and not overlapping.
Once this is done, adjust the temperature to 200ºC and program the cooking for 10 minutes. After that time, wait 1 minute and then stir the meat well inside the basket. So, close the equipment again and let the crackling fry for another 10 minutes, now at a temperature of 180ºC.
After that time, repeat the process until you complete 30 minutes of cooking. Finally, remove the ready-made meat from the Airfryer and serve.
To make your crackling perfect, you can also prepare it with other types of seasoning, such as lemon pepper and Bahian seasoning. Thus, in addition to giving a special flavor to the aperitif, it can also be served as a snack at parties and meetings, both with friends and family.
Another interesting tip is to fry the crackling in the Airfryer along with other cuts of meat, such as chicken thighs and wings or sun-dried meat. So, in addition to having a wonderful mix of flavors, you have a great barbecue starter.
