The Federal Justice Council approved the release of payment of Small Value Requests. In this case, the amount is destined for the Federal Regional Courts, for the due discharge of debts of the INSS. These are debts related to retirement or pension review requests.
Thus, beneficiaries who had the value adjustment in their benefits should receive payment soon. In all, each of them can receive up to R$ 71,000, which is an amount related to 60 minimum wages.

To make the payment, the Federal Justice Council allocated R$ 1 billion to the respective Federal Regional Courts. With this, it is expected to settle the adjustment values as requested by the beneficiaries in their retirement, pensions and aid in general.
This is because the law guarantees that everyone who receives some amount from the INSS can request
the value review who receives. According to Law 8.213/91, the Social Security would have up to 45 days, which can be extended to 90 days, to review the amount available. However, payments may take time, which results in the accumulation of installments. As a consequence, the retiree or pensioner can receive a good amount in the form of RPV, that is, through Small Value Requests. These, in turn, go up to the amount of 60 minimum wages, which, in updated values, is around R$ 71 thousand. In relation to the amounts above this ceiling, it is a precatory. In this case, the amount mentioned refers only to the payment of small requirements.
If you have requested a review, the first step is to track the progress of your order. To do this, simply consult the “My INSS” application, and access the “Agendamentos/Requirements” option.
In case of approval, you should pay attention to the TRF RPV lists in your state. Along with the list, you can check the payment date forecasts and thus monitor more closely.
