Ingredients for the lemon pave:

To start preparing this wonderful recipe you will need:

  • 1 can of condensed milk nestle;
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • Lemon zest;
  • ½ cup liquid milk;
  • 1 pack of champagne biscuits;
  • 1 box of cream milk.

Step by step:

After separating all the necessary ingredients, it's time to put your hand in the dough. The first step is to mix the condensed milk, lemon juice, cream and lemon zest well until the mixture obtains a very strong and homogeneous consistency.

After that, you must moisten the cookies in the milk and place them in the container of your choice to form the first layer. So, just intersperse a layer of biscuit with a layer of cream. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until the dough is very cold and firm. Now just serve, enjoy!

Tip to make your lemon pavé even better

Have you ever heard that saying that people eat with their eyes? So, one way to make your plate even more attractive to visitors, or even customers, is to place the portions in beautiful glass bowls.

In addition, to increase even more when serving, you can add a little bit of lemon zest over the individual portions of the dessert, making the flavor even more striking.
