Thus, the purpose of training is to train teachers, coordinators and other people interested in education.
Therefore, the project aims to develop learning using educational projects and practices. In this way, transforming the school into a more dynamic environment for teachers and students.
The program is in partnership with the organization Center for Studies and Research in Education, Culture and Community Action (Cenpec). In addition, it is entirely free and online, with certification.
Samsung's project aims to encourage the development of group work. For this, it is an interdisciplinary course, divided into six modules:
1st module – knowledge about projects and choice of themes;
2nd module – research for content production;
3rd module – historical view of work with projects;
4th module – inquiry and argumentation;
5th module – predefined projects and curricula;
6th module – adaptation of the script and application to the school reality.
In addition, to make the course more participatory, texts, videos and activities are available to enrich class knowledge.
The award aims to encourage the creation of scientific and technological research projects by public high school students. Therefore, with the help of the teachers, the projects aim to improve the quality of life in the communities where the students are inserted.
In 2014 alone, there were more than 5,000 entries, as well as more than 18,000 projects submitted. In all, around 4,000 students were involved, 10,000 participating teachers and more than 150,000 students.
In 2019, registration for the award is open until June 17. In the second phase of the award, 20 projects will be chosen, of which 10 will go to the final.

Furthermore, it is important to highlight that the course is not a condition for the award, nor is it exclusive to professors enrolled in the award.
