Much of Emotional Intelligence concerns knowing how to deal with the space and feelings of those around us. Therefore, empathy becomes an indispensable trait for these chaotic times. Meanwhile, it's important to remember that she is the result of a daily and continuous exercise.

Another very important factor is to cultivate a mind free of prejudices, because, as we all know, they result in countless conflicts. In this way, emotional stability involves recognizing differences and accepting them.
