Starting this Tuesday (23), HBO Max and Discovery +, the main streaming services from Warner Bros. Discovery, will enter a merger process.

Initially, movement will be restricted to the US, migrating to other countries gradually. It is estimated that the Max will be made available to Brazilian consumers in 2023.
North American users who have HBO Max or Discovery+ can now update their apps, which will gain a new look. According to Warner, most US iOS and Android devices can receive the update.
On some devices, current HBO Max subscribers will be required to download a new app, while the old one will stop working.
Max will gather from original HBO productions to Warner Bros.
In addition, the service will feature the entire chain of content currently present on Discovery+, such as cooking, decorating, reality shows, lifestyle and documentaries from Discovery's top brands channel.
With this, streaming will be positioned as one of the most complete on the market, alongside Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
At this first moment of launch, the Max subscription will cost from US$ 9 in the United States. So far, it is not known how much will be charged to Brazilian consumers who want to join the service.
