At the beginning of class, ask students if they know what personal hygiene is. Direct the answers so that they arrive at the importance of this practice.
Write on the board a list of important personal hygiene practices, such as brushing your teeth, showering daily, applying deodorant, washing your hands, washing your hair, cleaning your eyes, nose and ears.
Ask students what influence this care has on maintaining the health of our bodies.
Use the list on the board to talk about possible illnesses that are related to each hygiene habit. Direct the discussion so that students can list the problems that can occur in case of non-compliance with hygiene measures.
Explain to the students that they themselves need to be proactive in taking care of their bodies, show them that personal hygiene is everyone's responsibility.
Summarize the lesson by showing pictures about the importance of hygiene habits.
Ask students to write a story in comic in sulphite sheets. They should be the main character and the subject discussed should be body care learned in this class.
