One of the main objectives of this Trainee program is to provide and expand the technical knowledge of professionals in the areas of mining and logistics.
Candidates are expected to have a systemic vision and a digital mindset. At first there will be around 80 vacancies available for people who have concluded or are studying graduation in areas of engineering or geology, between December 2019 and March 2023, and who are also available to move if necessary necessary.
This program will last approximately 18 months, where some vacancies may require a considerable level of English for communication. The learning path will be based on a specific training course for each of the areas of activity (mine, railroad or port), and will also have practical applications for work routines.

This type of trainee requires advanced or fluent knowledge of English, and you must also be available for changes and travel.
This program focuses on development in the area of business and project management, also featuring something called Job Rotations, which would basically be the freedom to work in different areas within the company's operations here at Brazil.
