the bees

Bees are an example of almost magical things that happen in nature. They produce honey from the nectar they collect from flowers. They keep the nectar in the pouch they have in the body and, when they reach the hive, they mix two types of enzymes in it, which are produced in glands located in the head. Simply put, one enzyme makes the nectar even sweeter and the other more acidic to keep it from fermenting.
