Restrictions exist due to active debts and default, which leaves the person with a “dirty name”. This condition makes it difficult to release credit for loans and financing, for example.
With a brief registration, informing full name, CPF and date of birth, creating a login and password, it is possible to make the query. See the step-by-step below:
In the website Serasa Consumer, press the “Register” button in the upper right corner.
Fill in the fields with your CPF, full name, date of birth and e-mail, in addition to creating a password for the profile. To make it easier, you can import some of this information from Facebook or Google. Finally, mark the acceptance of the Terms of Use and select “Create a free account”;
Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent, or if you prefer, a message to your cell phone. When you receive the confirmation email/message, click on “confirm registration”.
You will be able to view the current status of your CPF on the first page, including your Serasa Score, a score that determines whether you have a good paying profile.
If, by chance, your situation is irregular, you can view the outstanding debts at the bottom of the screen.
