But where does the thirst come from? Come on! When your body loses a lot of water, it feels the need to hydrate itself to keep it functioning. This happens, for example, when you sweat a lot or when you don't drink liquids for a long time... You lose water both by the pee, and by the sweat, which constantly comes out of us without us even feeling right, so little é.
