However, there are exceptions for paying the 2nd copy of the RG. Check it out below.
The issuance of a 2nd copy is free for those who are in any of the situations below:
• In cases of theft of the document (within up to 30 days after the registration of the B.O.);
The 2nd copy of the RG must be requested in the bodies below:
• Department of Public Safety;
• Saves time; or
• Civil police.
The following documents must be submitted:
• 2 photos 3×4;
• CPF;
• Birth certificate; or
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
