Who can receive the 13th Salary in a Single Quota from the INSS?

In addition to insured persons registered in the Employment Card, some other groups may receive the end-of-year allowance. For these, it is possible there will be the 13th salary payments in Single INSS Quota. There are even specific dates for these payments that should take place within a few weeks, check below.

Who can receive a lump sum allowance?

In 2022, thousands of Brazilians were able to take advantage of the year-end bonus advance, the 13th Salary, between April and June. This was a decision by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security as a way to heat up the economy by stimulating Brazilian consumption.

Generally, workers with a formal contract receive the annual allowance in two installments between the months of November and December. However, in this specific case, due to the advance payment, the following groups will be able to use the single installment like those who received it in the first semester:

• Retirees;
• Pensioners;
• Beneficiaries of aid released from May 2022.

Here it is worth noting that those who receive the Continuous Cash Benefit, the BPC, or Lifetime Monthly Income (RMV) do not fit into this group. That's because both groups don't even have the right to the 13th salary. In addition, it should be specified that they are retirees and pensioners who entered the payroll as of May.

Payment schedule for the 13th Salary in a Single Quota

Single-quota payments are organized into groups of those who receive less than one minimum wage and those who receive more than two minimum wages and the final number of the benefit. In this case, the dates of the first group are as follows:

• November 24: Final Benefit 1;
• November 25: Final Benefit 2;
• November 28: Final Benefit 3;
• November 29: Final Benefit 4;
• November 30: Final Benefit 5;
• December 1: Final Benefit 6;
• December 2: Final Benefit 7;
• December 5: Final Benefit 8;
• December 6: Final Benefit 9;
• December 7: Final benefit 0.

For those who earn more than one minimum wage, the following dates have been established:

• December 1: Final Benefit 1 and 6;
• December 2: Final Benefit 2 and 7;
• December 5: Final Benefit 3 and 8;
• December 6: Final benefit 4 and 9;
• December 7: Final benefit 5 and 0.
