Read:
A master commissioned his disciple to take care of the rice field.
In the first year, the disciple made sure that the necessary water was never lacking. The rice grew strong, and the harvest was good.
In the second year, he had the idea of adding a little fertilizer. Rice grew quickly, and the harvest was greater.
In the third year, he added more fertilizer. The harvest was even bigger, but the rice was born small and lackluster.
Then the master warned him:
— If you keep increasing the amount of fertilizer, it won't have anything of value next year.
You make someone stronger when you help a little. But if you help him a lot, it can weaken him and even spoil him.
