Among the types of pensions that meet the age of 50, there are four standards that are still viable. The first two are the point retirement transition rules and the 50% toll. The other two refer to retirement due to contribution time or points until 11/12/2019. See below!
The first rule is for insured persons of the National Social Security Institute (INSS) who contributed to the body before the Social Security Reform. However, they did not have the necessary criteria to enter into retirement at that time.
So now, men need to score 96 points and women 86. Thus, from 2020, one more point will be added per year, until men reach 105 points (in 2028) and women 100 (in 2033).
In addition, men need to have 35 years of contribution to the INSS, and women, 30 years.
This norm applies to workers who were at least two years away from retirement when the reform came into force on November 13, 2019. Therefore, men need to have 35 years of contribution and women 30, needing to pay the toll for 50% of the time left to complete the payment.
Similar to the Transition Rules, this retirement category is only valid for those who already contributed to the INSS before the reform.
Thus, men need to have 35 years of contribution, completing 62 years and 6 months in 2022. On the other hand, women need 30 years of contribution and complete 57 years and 6 months this year.
In this case, men need to have contributed for 35 years and women for 30 years. So, just add the contribution time and your age, but the points collected may vary.
In this way, men need to add 96 points and women 86, adding another 1 point per year, starting in 2020. Finally, men need to reach the limit of 105 points and women of 100 points.
