O National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) of the Federal District made public the opening of free courses for the first quarter of 2019. 1,419 vacancies are offered in qualification courses and technical courses.
The courses will have face-to-face and distance (EaD) options and registration for some will start this Thursday, December 13th. For each course there are specific registration dates, which can be checked on the institution's website.

Those interested must register at the Call Center of the unit where the student will take the course, according to the period indicated in the notice. Senai also points out that due to the year-end recess, there will be no registrations between December 22nd and January 2nd in the respective units.
In all, there will be 59 classes in 26 technical and qualification courses. The areas covered are as follows:
In the case of qualification courses, they will be short-term and have a workload of 160 to 200 hours/class, taught in about two months.
Technical courses, Senai lasts an average of a year and a half and are aimed at people who are doing or who have already completed high school. The internship to obtain the technical diploma is optional.
Those who opt for the distance education modality will participate in face-to-face meetings held fortnightly, on Saturdays, at the unit where they enrolled.
