The Ministry of Education (MEC) is the body responsible for publishing public notices for the Selection System (SiSU), the University for All Program (ProUni) and the Student Financing Fund (FIES). This Friday, the 27th, MEC released the three main public notices for the first edition of 2023 for each program.
To enter the programs, students can use the 2022 National High School Examination (Enem) scores, which will still be released. What is worth noting is that only those who have already graduated from high school can enroll, as those who are still at school and took the Enem test just to test their knowledge, known as “trainers”, they still cannot register.

The program is designed to offer scholarships to private universities. Scholarships can be 50% or full. To participate, you must have scored at least 450 average points in the Enem 2022 tests. Also, you can't have zeroed the wording.
People with disabilities (PCDs) also have access to the program, as well as public school teachers who are effectively exercising the teaching of basic education and are part of the permanent staff of an educational institution public.
Other relevant factors are: proof of gross monthly family income of up to one and a half minimum wage per person for the scholarship full-time or a maximum of three salaries for partial scholarships, in addition to having completed secondary education at a school public.
There is also a scholarship option for those who studied at a private school, although the rules are different.
