SiSU 2023: step by step to guarantee enrollment in the Single Portal

This Thursday, the 16th, the Unified Selection System (SiSU) 2023 begins to receive registrations for the first semester. According to calendar, The application can be made until the 24th of February, on Friday of the next week. SiSU 2023.1 is for candidates to register on the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education to apply for a vacancy in a public educational institution.

Sisu, through the National High School Examination (ENEM), guarantees the distribution of vacancies in higher education in public institutions throughout Brazil. The candidate will be entitled to up to two course options when enrolling on the platform, being able to make changes during the period in which registrations are open.

The Access Portal, administered by the Ministry of Education (MEC), can be accessed directly by Gov.br until February 24th. Candidates who obtained grades and who will compete for vacancies, registration will be free. The SiSU result, according to the calendar, will be released on February 28 through the same Access Single Portal.

How to register in Sisu?

First of all, the candidate must access the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education through this link, then, you must click on the “Sign up” option.

1. On the homepage, click on “Entrar em GOV.BR”;
2. Log in to the Gov.br account with the registered CPF and password;
3. Before confirming, check that your details are correct in the “Your contact details” tab. If you need an update, click on the “Update now” option;
4. After confirming the data, click on the option “Register the first course option”;
5. Then, type in the course option you want and then click on the option suggested on the page. If you want, you can search for the institution;
6. Search for the course, the desired shift and the institution, selecting everything you prefer;
7. You can check some information on the course card and its competition. Choose the one you think is best and click on “Choose this modality”;
8. Read all the instructions about the necessary documentation and confirm immediately afterwards. Then, click on the alternative “Confirm my registration in this option” for the process to be completed;
9. To make the second registration, just click on “Enroll in second option” and repeat the process.
