The horse and its handler

A stable employee spent several hours a day brushing a horse's fur. Because he looked so zealous, everyone believed he was kind and cared about the horse's welfare.
However, all this was just an appearance, in front of everyone he caressed the animal, but while no one was watching, he stole a part of his reaction and sold it.
One day the owner of the animal realized that if the employee really liked the horse, he would take care of its fur less and feed it more.
