To prepare your petit gateau, let's start with the cookie dough. In a mug of about 300 ml that can go to the microwave, mix the flour, sugar and chocolate milk well. After that, add the egg and mix well with a fork and finally mix the milk and oil.
Microwave the mixture on high for about three minutes. A good tip is, halfway through the cooking time, when the dough starts to swell, pause the microwave, wait for the dough to drop and turn it back on. Repeat this process until the dough no longer drops, and then your cupcake will be ready.
Now, to prepare the filling for the petit gateau, just mix all the ingredients and microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds at high power.
To assemble your dessert, once the cupcake is ready, make a hole in the middle and remove this part of the dough. That done, pour half of the syrup there.
Then, place the ice cream ball of the chosen flavor in the hole and finally, close it with the rest of the syrup. If desired, add sprinkles to decorate your dessert.
