In its first selection of 2023, the University for All Program (Prouni) will offer 288,112 scholarships, of which 209,758 are full and 78,354 are partial. The Ministry of Education (MEC) gathered all the information about available vacancies to enable students to consult in advance the options offered throughout the country.
Those interested in participating in the vacancies will be able to register between February 28 and March 3. To compete in the selection process, it is necessary to have participated in at least one of the last two editions of the Enem and to have obtained at least 450 points in the average of the scores of the five tests. Additionally, the candidate cannot pass the Enem writing test or take the exam as a trainee.

Ministry of Education releases first call for Prouni 2023
To win a full scholarship, it is necessary for the competitor to demonstrate that the gross monthly per capita income of the family is at most one and a half minimum wages. In order to obtain a partial scholarship (50%), the gross monthly per capita income of the family must be up to three minimum wages.
All regions of the country have 14,346 undergraduate courses in 995 private higher education institutions. The Prouni page, on the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education, provides the offer options and it is possible to carry out the search by type of scholarship (full and partial), modality (on-site and distance learning), course, shift, institution and location of the campus.
