L’Oréal Brasil has opened registrations for the third edition of “Scientists of the Future”. This is a free program for training and development of university students who have an affinity for Cosmetology. The course will be taught on a digital platform.

In all, there will be 100 vacancies made available by the company, half of which will be for black people. Classes aim to provide specialization and expansion of knowledge for all students.
Students in the 4th period of graduation can enroll in the L’Oréal Brasil program. The target audience includes higher education courses in:
Furthermore, it is necessarybe available for an internship from the second half of 2021.

– Hair and Skin Physiology;
- Raw material;
– Fragrance;
– Cosmetic Legislation;
– Processes and Evaluation of Product Performance.
“Research and innovation are in L’Oréal’s DNA, so we want to support the training of new scientists, especially in this challenging time. In the two previous editions, the program attracted more than 9,000 applications. It is a priority for us, especially in such difficult times for students and for everyone, to maintain this connection with universities and be able to provide students with this unique experience of learning with researchers from the number 1 beauty company in the world”, says Juliana Farias, Director of Product Performance Evaluation at L’Oréal Brazil. The information was disclosed on the UOL Portal.
About 50% of vacancies are destined for black people, the director states that this is a company commitment. “As a world leader in beauty, we want to represent our society. For this reason, Diversity and Inclusion are the Company's strategic priorities”, adds Juliana.
