Do not. The liquids that circulate in the body of saltwater fish have approximately the same amount of salts as seawater. If the fish is placed in fresh water, the concentration of fluids in its body will be higher than in the environment. The fish will absorb water and will not be able to get rid of it because their kidneys are underdeveloped. It will swell and may explode. Now, if a freshwater fish is placed in the sea, its body's fluid concentration will be much lower than that of water, and it will lose fluid until it becomes dehydrated.
